With over a decade of experience as a casting director, I began my career under the guidance of Jeff Mitchell and eventually became a partner at Mitchell/Rudolph Casting. During my career, I helped cast more than 40 films and television shows, playing a pivotal role in launching the careers of actors like Michelle Monaghan, Kate Bosworth, and Ian Somerhalder.
But my impact didn’t stop in the audition room.
While working as a casting director, my dedication to nurturing talent inspired me to start teaching audition technique classes. Those classes became the foundation for The Actor’s Green Room, ELEVATE, and the groundbreaking AGR Accelerator—the first company to bring interactive, worldwide casting director workshops online.
