ā€œDamn, Jen. You did it. No denying. You were the missing link.ā€
ā€” Sarah Allyn (2 co-stars in 3 months)

Ā

ā€œJudge Linder is back on the bench.

I had a lovely costar role as a judge on L&O (the original one, now rebooted) last spring. They called last week to bring the character back this season and Iā€™m shooting again tomorrow. I now officially have a recurring role on a network procedural. So great being a part of the L&O universe because once youā€™re ā€œnetwork approvedā€œ the world the show creates can possibly bring you back to do your job again (and hopefully, again and again, andā€¦). Many thanks to Jen Rudolph, the 2% Collective (MEMBERS ONLY), and the amazing self tape lessons from Natalie Roy.ā€
ā€” Christopher RandolphĀ

Ā

ā€œSince working with Jen, I booked 3 Recurring roles: HBO MAXā€™s Doom Patrol, a Peacock series, and a very big franchise.ā€
ā€” Stephanie Czajkowski

Ā

ā€œJust wanted to share that my episode on American Crime Story: Impeachment just aired! Whatā€™s great is itā€™s a full scene with Edie Falco, when I originally only had one line!

This was my second booking after joining the 2% Collective. And guess what? Thereā€™s a third! I booked a co-star on an NBC pilot I cannot mention at this time. I had one theatrical booking last year and prior to that I hadnā€™t booked theatrical since 2013! Feeling šŸ”„šŸ˜†ā€
ā€” Tatum Langton

Ā

ā€œOn Friday, I popped my cherry and booked a network TV co-star. Of course, I had to tell you all first and give a big old shout out to my 2% crew. A very special thank you to Jen Rudolph, Natalie Roy, and Amanda Brooke Lerner who 100% and without question, sent me on the path to achieve this super goal. We dialed it in, baby.ā€
ā€” Robyne Parrish

Ā

ā€œJust booked a role on a Major Network Procedural, yā€™all!

This one is really special because itā€™s a show on my target list, for exactly my entry point. This shit works! But also know you must be ready to WERK! I had been in NYC for 5 years, aimlessly going to CD workshops paying thousands for headshots that were pretty but got me nowhere when I started ā€œlurkingā€œ in the Green Lounge as we all do. The passion and dedication and the knowledge I found there blew me away, and I knew I had to show up for myself with the same intensity. And Iā€™m so happy I did! I took the time and care to implement everything I was taught, and Iā€™ve been reaping the benefits for three years now.

Special shoutout to Jen Rudolph and Natalie Roy for teaching me the ropes and how to cope.ā€
ā€” Evelyn Howe

Ā

ā€œIā€™ve known Jen for a while, and she is very good at what she does. Actors get nervous when they see programs about packaging because it can feel ā€œsoullessā€ ā€” like, I got into this industry for the creative expression! But the reality is that MFAs and conservatories are not going to prepare you for the business side of the entertainment industry, which is just as necessary to learn as monologue prep and scene work.

Itā€™s very frustrating when an actor with tremendous talent isnā€™t able to get into the right rooms and allow their gifts to shine for something as simple as not knowing how to write a pitch email, not knowing your ā€œentry points,ā€ or not knowing industry standards for headshots. Jen can help with all of that. And once you have it down, you know it for life! And you wonā€™t have any ā€œbusiness-sideā€ barriers getting in the way of your creative expression anymore :)ā€
ā€” Simone Norman

Ā

ā€œI got an audition on Friday for a recurring co-star role on HBOā€™s SILICON VALLEY.

Over the weekend and for the last couple of days, Iā€™ve been taking time to envision myself booking that job and working on setā€¦ Iā€™ve known for a while that mindset is important to being successful, but it always shocks me when I practice it and it comes true. Because yes, I BOOKED IT! Bonus: this role perfectly fits my rebranded type. I am now wrapped like a present for producers. It literally took less than 48 hours from self-tape to submission to booking. Jen Rudolph is on fire!ā€
ā€” Nandini Bapat

Ā

ā€œThree months ago, I got the opportunity to work with Jen in her 2% program. From our work together, I was able to secure an audition and book a SERIES REGULAR role on an HBO pilot, all without any network credits.ā€
ā€” Delante Desouza

Ā

Ā

ā€œThis is my latest scene from the hit series NOS4A2 on AMC. Keep working, loungers! Jen Rudolph really zeroed in on my Entry Point. Since then, Iā€™ve amassed over 25 network and feature film credits.ā€
ā€” Brian Distance

Ā

ā€œMoving to LA at the beginning of COVID, I hit the ground running with everything she said about my type, what I could play, etc. I was able to land an amazing manager, a commercial agent, and a theatrical agent. This week, I shot my first national commercial with Michel Gondry. This sh*t works!ā€
ā€” Ashley England

Ā

ā€œOver the weekend, I got an offer to work with Brandon Cohen over at BACtalent. I was able to use all of Jenā€™s wonderful help that I gained from working with her on the 2%. Something Iā€™ll never forget from Jen is ā€˜Do you want to be right or do you want to book?ā€™ and with Jen, Iā€™m learning what will get me to BOOK!ā€
ā€” Anthony Simone

Ā

ā€œI wanted to thank you again for the work youā€™re doing with every actor. I flew to NYC like 10 times between 2018 - 2019 for workshops at your studio, and I watched your live webinars religiously. To this day, I still repeat things Iā€™ve heard you say. You help me understand the concept of being a CEO and what that really means. I really appreciate you and what you do.ā€
ā€” Daniel Augustin

Ā

ā€œFor 30 years, if not more, Iā€™d been beating my head against the walls of this industry. Iā€™m 70 years old and, quite honestly, there isnā€™t a lot of time left. A bit over a few months ago, I decided I couldnā€™t do it anymore by myself. I reached out to Jen Rudolph about her 2% Collective and, after a few discussions, signed up.

The results were nothing short of miraculous. Jen and her crew allowed me to take a long, hard look at how I was marketing myself and my mindset. With gentle guidance, they helped me restructure my reel and my resume. Long story short, within a month, I booked a co-star role on a major series, and the role is recurring.

Last night my work premiered on the CBS show BULL. Please trust me when I say I could not have done this alone, and what Jen has to offer is the real deal.ā€
ā€” Sprague Theobald

Ā

ā€œBeen at this for so long now and couldnā€™t figure out why nothing was working. I thought my assets were great. I thought I knew my type. Turns out, I was completely lost.

Since joining and tailoring my materials to match my entry point Jen Rudolph gave me, Iā€™ve gotten fantastic feedback from agents, casting directors, and film directors. I even had a CD reach out directly for a feature audition!ā€
ā€” Rachel Romney

Ā

ā€œSince starting this program, I was able to shoot a short film and an episode for the show MetroPark, which I booked solely on my headshot and resume. Iā€™ve recently wrapped filming my first feature in San Diego called Sellout. Iā€™ve also been cast in another series that is working to get on Amazon to be shot later next month!ā€
ā€” Brooke Baumgart

Ā

ā€œThe 2% Collective has been super helpful and instrumental in me getting my packaging together and putting myself out there.

As a result, Iā€™ve been getting more auditions. Iā€™ve been getting network auditions. Iā€™ve been catching the attention of casting directors who have hit me up, and Iā€™ve been getting better auditions for juicier roles!ā€
ā€” J Nycole Ralph

Ā

ā€œI had worked with Jen Rudolph, Natalie, and Amanda Brooke Lerner on separate occasions over the years, focusing on packaging and audition coaching. While each session had its benefits, there is nothing like having access to these coaches in the 2% Collective setting.

It really forces you to get specific on what your goals are and how you plan to accomplish them.ā€
ā€” Megan Cournoyer

Ā

ā€œFor all my fellow actors who are unsure about taking the leap, investing money in yourself, or if you think you can do it on your own...

Let me tell you about Jen Rudolphā€™s 2% Collective and her team. I went my entire life with no agent, not being considered at all, or even having emails responded to.

I took the leap and joined The Collective.

Now, two months after The Collective, I have an audition for a major SAG commercial and multiple agents (yes, multiple) telling me they need me on their roster. They have to have me on their roster. All thanks to Jen and the Collective family.ā€
ā€” George Kyriakopoulos

Ā

Ā

ā€œI have officially signed with an all new representation and ready to take pilot season on with the best team! For the longest time I believed that: I was just another 20 something brunette. No agent would want to see me because I was not [union]. I didnā€™t have a complete package (so I shouldnā€™t even try). It was so hard to get people to want meā€¦ So I just sat stagnant. Until I realize that I am the only Juliana (Freakinā€™) Redden! I was only limited by the excuses I allowed myself to believe so, I started seeking out opportunities and ignoring excuses.ā€
ā€” Juliana Redden

Ā

ā€œExcited to share I am now represented by Eric Talent Agency and film, TV and commercial! I started taking classes with CDs and cracked down on my entry point. I followed the format of the CD follow-up emails we were shown in the 2% program, and have been creating relationships with CDs each week. Then, when an agent said she was interested in representing me, I screen-shotted Jen Rudolphā€™s ā€œWhat To Ask An Agentā€ questions and took those with me to the call. Mainly, my mindset changed- I started thinking myself as a business woman in addition to an artist.ā€
ā€” Jana Bernard

Ā

ā€œI would like to announce that I booked an awesome project to be filmed in Pasadena, California (co-star). Since starting the 2% Collective Program, it gave a clear direction on how to approach the business and fly off the shelf. It started with the mindset and Iā€™ve been on it ever since! The investment is worth it.ā€
ā€” Miguel Matos

Ā

ā€œSomething really cool that happened- a week after I updated my roadmap with Igor and Ross to shift my focus on getting a rep that Iā€™m excited about, literally ON MY POD CALL I got an offer from a great manager to freelance. Itā€™s crazy yā€™all, it just manifested like that. Couldnā€™t have done any of this without you all!ā€
ā€” Phoebe Dale Mattana

Ā

ā€œWhoa. Just re-upped to stay in this program longer and two hours later got a co-star audition for a sitcom. I have read for the CDs like 4 to 5 times over the past two years but havenā€™t gotten any additional requests in about a year from them. Coincidence? I think not!ā€
ā€” Megan Cournoyer

Ā ā€œOver the last five months, Iā€™ve worked on my packaging with Jen Rudolph and Amanda Brooke Lerner. The last three weeks I submitted my materials on average I receive 3 to 4 auditions a week. I received auditions on a major TV show and two feature films.ā€
ā€” Francis Lawrence

Ā

ā€œWhen I met with Jen, she opened my eyes to how diverse my castability range was (something I wasnā€™t aware of). She reassured me that my package was solid and it was only a matter of time, while giving me tools and suggestions to focus on in the meantime to only make my package stronger. I left the room and there was an energy shift because I felt grounded in the fact that I had what I needed and could only get better. Literally the following week I booked two Guest Stars in the same week. Since then I have shot more Guest Stars, Recurring roles (CBSā€™s SEAL TEAM, E!ā€™s THE ARRANGEMENT) and was a Series Regular on an NBC pilot and was even a lead character of a video game.ā€
ā€” Ruffin Prentiss

Ā

ā€œToday I signed with an agent! To say that these last five years havenā€™t been challenging would be the understatement of the century.

Iā€™m one of those types of people who donā€™t like asking for help. If there is a way, Iā€™ll figure it out and make it happen, but I had really hit a wall and that ugly doubt monster started to settle in (We all know about that Ugly Doubt Monster). I knew I needed help but my pride and stubbornness didnā€™t want to admit that I couldnā€™t do this alone.

I myself was lost. I had tried EVERYTHING and built what I thought was a ā€œpresentable packageā€ all through trail and error and all I had to show for myself were some nice ā€œpicturesā€ and being a couple of quarts low in confidence as I just could not gain any traction or garner attention from legit representatives to take a look at me... TO SEE ME!!!

Fast Forward to (I believe it was) September 2020. I had now been without representation close to three years. I had expressed interest in the 2% program but was leery and hesitant to take the leap. I was jaded, frustrated, but curious as I was seeing all these success stories in the lounge. Initially, (as Jen can attest) I didnā€™t sign up for the program. It took until the middle of December 2020 (3 months) to finally go ALL-IN and join the 2% collective and all I can say is, Best investment Iā€™ve made in my professional career.

Jen, Natalie, Amanda, and my accountability coach Sabrina set me up with a personal road-map and precise steps to completely overhaul my brand and marketing package. The 2% team narrowed down my entry-points and for the first time in my career, I could see the path. I knew what I represented, I KNEW MY LOOK!!, I just could never translate it and now I had it and the synchronized package to back it up!

I completed the 30 day optimizer program and started submitting to agencies for representation. Here we are not even two week upon completion of the program and I appear before you now represented. The meeting with Affinity Artists went amazing! They couldnā€™t get over how ā€œspecificā€ and ā€œpolishedā€ my package was. The level of validation and pride was oozing during this meeting.

Thirty days ago I was scared to take the leap into the collective, now Iā€™m putting together a team to prepare for pilot season. Thank you Jen and the 2% team for giving me not only the materials to succeed...but hope!

ā€œWhat got you here, Wonā€™t get you there!ā€ Iā€™m rooting for you!ā€
ā€” Wes Overby
